Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
* Minimum 8 years of B2B experience in Japan, preferably in commercial vehicle sector.
* Deep understanding of Japanese business culture and industry trends.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Fluent in Japanese (native or business N1 level) and proficient in English and Chinese.
