Christian Dior G.K. is looking for Merchandising Manager, Women's Leather goods.
We are seeking a passionate candidate to maximize sales results and point of sales image through the management of Women’s Leather goods (LG) merchandising/buying for Christian Dior retail network.

More than 5 years’ work experience of merchandising
Work experience in luxury brands
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Collaborative skills
Good negotiation skills
Customer-oriented mind
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) and Fluent level of Japanese
Availability to travel (locally and oversea)
Advanced PC skills (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
業務内容
Lead the assigned category as a playing manager
Implement seasonal buying for retail stores and making buying debrief presentation to the top management in the HQ
Select permanent assortments based on the analysis and market potential with HQ
Collect and share qualitative comments on business to HQ
Regularly check inventory and sell-through, and take follow-up actions such as weekly stock rebalancing and sales animation for stores
Provide the creative plans with the team to optimize stock and boost sales
Understand competition and market trend to create product and price feedbacks to the HQ
Conduct collection presentation and training for internal staff
Event support as a representative of the team
Support stores through frequent communication and regular store visits
Communicate and work closely with other departments, especially Supply Chain, Retail, Visual Merchandising, PR, Marketing, Digital and E-Commerce teams
