We have an immediate long term opportunity with one of our key clients for a position of Clinical Analyst, to work on a Remote basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a quality consultant and subject matter expert, conducting testing and validation of data element mapping to standards.
  • Test clinical content to ensure appropriate data modeling, vocabulary, terminology, and code-set standards for representing and harmonizing clinical data.
  • Collaborate with technical resources to perform root cause analysis and remediate data quality issues.
  • Work with customers to understand and plan for their current and future technology needs, mapping existing business processes/functions and recommending changes for system integration.
  • Design and implement projects requiring systems integration across multiple technical platforms, often leading small teams.
  • Conduct Return on Investment (ROI) and financial analysis to support project funding and prioritization.
  • Collaborate on driving improvement activities to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with functional teams to ensure consistency and optimization of work product.
  • Take a proactive role in driving improvement activities to deliver value to the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry and business process trends and apply that knowledge to existing processes.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise on health ministry processes, policies, and requirements to support functional area process design, testing, and implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Monitor task assignments to ensure they are performed on schedule, within scope, and with the expected level of quality.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
