【主な業務内容】
未入金債権/事故債権の督促架電、回収、社内システムへの記録、社内レポーティング業務及び償却済債権の管理ほか

【具体的には】

• 支払遅延先に対しての、電話・メール等での債権回収督促（場合により顧客訪問による債権回収交渉）
• 未収先に対しての請求書発行・送付および発送後問い合わせ対応
• 未収アカウントの入金後の後続手続き （システム処理）
• 物件の引揚のアレンジ（ディーラー担当者と協力して運搬車両の手配・ヤードの確保等）
• 未入金等に関する数値の集計・レポート作成・提出
• 償却済債権管理
• ディーラー及び社内の関連部署との連携および強固な関係の構築

【応募に必要な経験/スキル】
※下記いずれかのご経験・スキル

• コミュニケーションスキル（チーム内、社内、社外）
• 債権回収業務・コンプライアンスへの理解
• 顧客・ディーラー等との交渉力
• 顧客・ディーラー及び社内他部署とチームワーク、チーム間連携
• ＋日本国内での宿泊を伴う出張が出来ること

【歓迎する経験/スキル】

• 金融機関 (特にリース会社) での営業もしくは債権回収業務経験
• 債権管理・回収に関する知識
• リース・割賦その他金融債権に関する契約の理解
• 建設機械に関する知識
• 英語に抵抗がない方（現在の英語力は不問。あれば尚可）

債権回収は未経験の方でも、ファイナンス系企業での営業のご経験がある方や、債権回収業務にご興味がある方は歓迎。

※横浜オフィス（みなとみらい）勤務

※週5日オフィス勤務

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
