Datadogのセールス・エンジニアは、顧客やパートナーとの商談を成立させるためのサポートを行います。現状のモニタリング・運用などの体制に課題をかかえ改善していきたいお客様や、Datadogの購入を検討頂いているお客様などにテクニカルデモンストレーション、技術評価（POV）、疑問点・問題点の解決等の提案・サポートを通じて、技術的な専門知識を提供します。セールスエンジニアは、プロダクトチームと連携し、お客様、競合他社、パートナー様からの情報に基づいて機能の優先順位を決める手助けをします。また、様々なチームと連携して、お客様の悩みを解決したり、バグ問題をエスカレーションしたり、当社ブランドのアンバサダーとしての役割も担っていただきます。フレンドリーかつ情熱的で、無限の可能性を秘めたチームに参加したい方は、ぜひご応募ください。

業務内容
- 営業チームと連携し、Datadogのバリュープロポジション、ビジョン、戦略を顧客に明確に伝えること
- 新しい技術を継続的に学習し、競争力のある知識、技術スキル、信頼性を構築する
- 潜在的な顧客との製品および技術的なプレゼンテーションの実施
- プロダクトチームと直接コミュニケーションを取り、機能リクエストについて協力すること
- 顧客が製品を使いこなすのを助け、障害に直面したときに支援する
- プリセールスライフサイクルにおける様々な技術的課題に対してクリエイティブな思考をする
求める経験・スキル
- DevOpsモニタリングまたはアーキテクチャツールの知識と経験があること
- 外部顧客または社内チームに対する技術プレゼンテーション/デモの実施に慣れと自信がある方
- 様々な課題に対してクリエイティブに考えることができる。日々新しい発見がある方
- システム管理の経験がある方WindowsまたはLinux
