Description
* Coordinate accounting tasks with Finance Shared Service, including reconciliation, invoicing, and reporting.
* Review and correct accounting discrepancies.
* Collaborate on financial reporting and tax filing.
* Assist in cash, credit management, and procurement for cost savings.
* Manage financial controls, audits, budgeting, and investment decisions.
Profile
* Proven experience in assistant controller roles or similar positions
* Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory requirements
* Proficiency in accounting processes such as budgeting, financial closure, and reporting
* Familiarity with general ledger functions, month/year-end close, data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
* Experience with internal control, audit, MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI), ERP systems, and excellent communication skills
