Christian Dior G.K. is looking for Internal Control Manager.
Christian Dior is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual for the position of Internal Control Manager.
This person will be responsible to develop, implement and test internal control rules and procedures for Japan, in full compliance with LVMH policies &procedures.
This person will play an active role in developing risk mitigation strategies, related process documentation and policies.
The ideal candidate must exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills along with having effective written and oral communication skills.
The position requires an individual that can independently complete financial and operational control activities (including accounting / finance, and retail, etc.)
The position is expected to travel nationwide to conduct store audits.

Education
University graduate, with specialization in business, economy or finance
Experience / Knowledge / Skills
5 years min of previous experience in Audit / internal Audit (retail audit is a plus)
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Business Oriented and interest in luxury / fashion
Ability to work independently
Language
Japanese: Native level
English: Business level (speaking and writing)
French is a plus).

業務内容
This position reports to Finance Senior Manager
- Yearly Campaign of Internal Control Monitoring LVMH:
Evaluate the design of internal controls and monitor control performance
Manage & monitor action plan implementation to increase grading of IC
Communicate identified deficiencies to senior management and build remediation action plans
- Review process of Store Monthly internal control report:
Perform monthly key internal controls (e.g., Anti-Money Laundering cash control, sensitive transactions (discounts, distant sales, export sales, etc.), payments, closing procedures…
Work in coordination with Operations Manager on challenging the Monthly Internal Control Report for boutiques
- Process & Procedures set up (on various topics: financial/ operational/ security)
Conduct periodic control framework walkthroughs with process owners and document changes
Delegation of Authority check and regular update
Coordinate Business continuity plans and Disaster Recovery plans
Workflow set up
- Store Audits across Japan:
Provide value added and pragmatic recommendations to address control weaknesses and process inefficiencies
- Implement action plan of follow up audit
Foster awareness of risk and control – encouraging a business culture that seeks continuous improvements
Organize training to operational teams to ensure LVMH and Dior procedures are rolled-out
- Coordinate Annual physical inventories and assist with cycle counts as needed
Compliance topics support:
Work in collaboration with the Compliance represent to implement and ensure proper application of compliance policies
- Risk & Insurance point of contact:
Coordinate yearly declaration with group insurance
Risk mapping yearly campaign & action plan definition

University Degrees in Economics /Finance/ Business major
JP or US CPA preferable
