生産管理担当 / Production Control Planner

Our Team

生産管理チームにて、工場の生産計画を立案することが主な役割となります。

工場の生産、納期、在庫、コストを担う重要な役割となります。また工場の窓口として営業、協力会社、物流と連携をし、顧客納期を満足するために問題解決を日々行います。

What You Will Do

1. 生産計画の立案と進捗の管理。

2. 営業担当への納期回答を行う。

3. 需要予測から戦略在庫の維持とオペレーションチームと協力し生産効率の最大化を行う。

4. 他部門と連携を行い、生産遅延等の問題解決を行う。

5. 部品供給の安定を図り、生産LTの改善を行う。

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

・ Microsoft office使用経験（Excel、Power point）

・ コミュニケーション力 - 対外的な折衝能力、ロジカルに会話や説明

・ Projectをリードした経験

・ 製造業の経験

・ 日本語：ビジネス上級レベル

・ 英語：メールでのやり取りが可能なレベル

What Will Put You Ahead

・ SAP使用経験（尚可）

・ 生産計画の経験（尚可）

・ 製造業界の経験（尚可）
