Coordinator Production

About the role:

The Production team is currently seeking a Production Coordinator to join them on a 7 Days on, 7 nights on, 14 Days off Roster based at Roy Hill Mine. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the Coordination of work group planning and execution for scheduled and shutdown works with the Processing Plant

Duties:

• Technically Coordinate the production work group to ensure all activities on the operation plan are carried out in accordance with the appropriate work instructions and department directives
• Lead and motivate personnel ensuring effective working relationships are built and maintained with other departments and stakeholders
• Safe Operation of the processing plant achieving at or above budget production rates
• Consistently deliver the Operations Plan for safety performance, utilisation, throughput rates and shift reports documenting issues and follow up

Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in a minerals processing plant or related industry
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Certifications or Qualifications in Processing, Metallurgy or Mining desirable
• Minimum C Class Manual Driving License
