Job Responsibilities:
- Build, extend, and maintain copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, entity extraction, actions, and generative answers.
- Develop custom extensions using Power Automate, custom connectors, and APIs.
- Integrate copilots with Dataverse, Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint, Azure Functions, and external services.
- Design and develop Power Automate cloud flows, desktop flows, and business process flows.
- Build Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps with responsive UI and Dataverse-backed data models.
- Implement Dataverse schemas, tables, relationships, business rules, and calculated columns.
- Apply ALM practices using Azure DevOps/GitHub, including solution packaging and deployments.
- Integrate backend systems using Power Platform connectors, custom connectors, REST APIs, Azure Functions, Dataverse, and third-party services.
- Implement secure authentication, including OAuth 2.0/Azure AD, throttling management, and robust exception handling.
- Design high-quality LLM prompts, system instructions, and few-shot examples.
- Apply enterprise data grounding using Dataverse, SharePoint, and APIs.
- Implement hybrid/vector retrieval and RAG patterns where required.
- Develop secure Microsoft Graph API integrations for M365 users/groups, mail/calendar, files/drives, and Teams channels.
- Create Graph-powered automations within Power Automate and Copilot Studio.

- Strong understanding of LLM prompting, system prompts, few-shot patterns, and safety guardrails.
- Experience with Azure services including AI Search, OpenAI/OSS model deployments, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, Event Grid, and Service Bus.
- Knowledge of RAG design, chunking strategies, embeddings, hybrid search, and rerankers.
- Proficiency in CI/CD, IaC, observability, and cost optimization for LLM workloads.
