Corporate & Investment Bank - Futures & Options Execution – Associate/Vice President

You will be exposed to a variety of financial markets around the world, and be expected to execute vanilla contracts to more complex inter exchange/multi-currency transactions, while engaging with our top tier clients.

As an F&O execution sales person within the Future & Options Execution team, you will provide comprehensive coverage to our clients via responding to various requests, executing orders, ensuring end-to-end processes, providing information on F&O products, along with trade ideas and market insight. You are encouraged to cross pitch with our internal partners and leverage our broader franchise. Not only you have access to variety of internal resources to help your sales activities but also learn to use multiple trading and pricing tools. Partnership with the operations team will be the key in servicing and you will be working closely with them.

Job responsibilities

• Increase business through providing market insight and value added service to clients
• Provide solutions to clients from trading as well as operational perspective
• Partner with F&O desks in the region and also other business of the firm to create new business opportunities
• Acquire high level of execution skills to differentiate JPM from the competitors
• Build strong risk control mind-set to reduce errors on both trading and post trade administrations
• Build deep understanding of the complex rules set by the exchange and regulators in various regions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Must be fluent in English and Japanese
• Strong understanding of financial markets
• Strong understanding of order execution
• Detail oriented and accuracy in number handling
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Must be a true team player
• Strong control mindset
• Self-motivated, eager to grow through tackling new challenges
• Ability to connect with partners on other LOB to maximize cross pitch opportunities

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Proficiency in Bloomberg, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to learn quickly, multi-task and self-manage priorities
• Experience in sales trading or execution
