Job Description
顧客に対して当社の最新のSOCプラットフォームの提案を行う、プリセールスSE業務を行っていただきます。
具体的な業務：
・当社サイバーセキュリティの中核であるCortexの製品群（EPP, EDR, NDRなどを提供するXDR、SOARによるセキュリティ業務の改善、サイバー攻撃や内部不正の脅威を早期に検知するSIEM、アタックサーフェスマネジメント、各種サイバーセキュリティサービス）を担当するセールスエンジニアとして活躍いただけます。
・顧客にCortexの製品群のプロダクト／サービス紹介やデモ、PoC検証を実施する際の各種技術的支援の提供を行いながら、当社のサイバーセキュリティ対策製品の技術的メリットを提示
・顧客様の業種別に応じてサイバーセキュリティ対策を適切に導くための、テクニカルコンサルテーションの提供
・既存の顧客、見込み顧客、社内アカウント営業／SE部門、マーケティング部門やパートナーに対する製品トレーニングなどのセールスイネーブルメント活動
・顧客の技術的な課題を解決するために、営業チームとテクニカルサポートの間のインターフェースとしての活動
・当社主催、またはパートナーと協力してウェビナー登壇やイベントでの製品のデモンストレーションなどのプロモーション活動
Qualifications
【必須（MUST）】
・プリセールスエンジニアの提案活動経験必須。（顧客分析、課題提起、プロダクト／サービス提案）
・顧客のサイバーセキュリティ対策に関する理解と経験を持っていること。
（エンドポイント／ネットワーク／クラウドいずれかの、サイバーセキュリティ対策に対するプリセールス経験）
日本語：流暢もしくはネイティブレベル
英語：メールはビジネスレベル、スピーキングは日常会話レベル
【歓迎（WANT）】
・エンドポイント（EPP, EDR）経験
・ネットワークセキュリティ（IPS/IDS, NDR, ZTNA）の経験
・クラウドセキュリティ（AWS, GCP, Azure, CSPM, CWPP）の経験
・SIEM, SOARの経験
・SOCオペレーションに関する知識や経験
・脆弱性診断サービスなどのセキュリティサービスの経験
・マルウェア／エクスプロイト／サンドボックス／Phthonなどのスクリプト／OSやクラウド／仮想化環境に関する知識
