Purpose of Position

  • CASETiFY is looking for a Creative Director who will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast- paced environment to join our team. Under the direction of the Japan General Manager, the Creative Director is responsible for the leading and overseeing the creative team, delivering creative marketing campaigns from conception, design, production and print buying and management of printed and electronic work for various CASETiFY audiences.
  • The Creative Director must be able to work closely and effectively with cross functional teams (Global and Local) including Marketing, design, business development managers, editors, photographers, production specialists and other design staff. Together with business development managers, the incumbent consults with CASETiFY customers' data to develop project plans that include creative direction, schedule and budget. The role has extensive project management responsibilities and works under tight deadlines to independently complete assignments.


Job Description

  • Leads and builds CASETiFY Japan Creative Team Oversee the entire creative process, from initial concept development to final execution, ensuring all deliverables are on time, within budget, and of the highest quality.
  • Responsible for leading internal creative team and external agency teams to deliver creative marketing campaigns, 360 Go-To-Market campaign ideas, including content development and execution for marketing and retail channels.
  • Responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative creative solutions for Co-Lab partners and Artist Design collections and activations, including new concepts/designs pitches for new partner opportunities.
  • Responsible for Brand, Partner, Artist and Product marketing initiatives, including ATL/BTL activations with Video, print and digital campaigns, website design, social media content, packaging design, Pop-ups, OOH, Events, EDM/CRM and more.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies that align with our brand identity and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously enhance our creative output.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, such as printers and production houses, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity, growth, and professional development within the team.


Requirement

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects across multiple platforms.
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar leadership role within an in-house creative team. *Note: Open to Associate Creative Director
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual communication.
  • Have a keen understanding of the market creative and cultural nuances
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule
  • Proficient in both verbal and written business-level English communication.
