仕事内容
- 現地の優秀クリエイターの選定、発掘、連携の導入、フォローアップの支援を担当します。
- クリエイターとサプライヤーの運営、管理、インセンティブ戦略の立案と推進に協力します。
- クリエイターのオンラインおよびオフラインのイベントの企画と実施を行います。
- クリエイターの日常管理、コミュニティの雰囲気づくり、クリエイターからのフィードバックの収集と整理、クリエイターのコンテンツ制作のガイダンスを行います。
募集要項
＜必須要件＞
- 2024年以降の卒業、学士以上の学歴をお持ちの方。
- ゲームが好きで、インターネットやゲームのトレンドに敏感にキャッチできる方。
- クリエイターの導入プロセスに精通しており、クリエイターの運営経験がある方が優先されます。
- TikTok/YouTube/Instagram/Twitchなどの主要なSNSに理解がある方。
- 忍耐力があり、コミュニケーション能力が高く、責任感と優れた自己推進力があり、仕事への情熱とチームワーク能力があります。
What You Will Do:
- Responsible for the discovery, screening, recruitment, and follow-up support of high-quality local content creators.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies for the operation, management, and incentives for creators and agencies/suppliers.
- Partake in the planning and execution of online and offline events.
- Daily management of content creators with the aim of promoting an active community atmosphere; Collect and compile creators' feedback and guide creators in the process of content creation.
What We Are Looking For:
- Undergraduate or graduate students who will graduate in 2024 or later.
- Passion for video games and an acuity for the tech industry and game trends.
- Familiar with the recruitment process for content creators. Experience in content creator operations is preferred.
- Good understanding of mainstream social media platforms (TikTok/YouTube/Instagram/Twitch/Twitch, etc.).
- Patient, strong communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and self-drive, good work ethic and teamwork capabilities.
