医療機関からの処方箋に基づき、患者さん向けの製品の受注・出荷業務を担当する。

医療従事者、患者さん、代理店、配送業者及び社内関連部門と連携し、正確で迅速な出荷対応を行う

ことで患者さんの治療継続をサポートします。

• 顧客（医療従事者・患者さん）視点を常に意識し、より高い顧客満足につながる対応を実践する

• 薬機法・個人情報保護法など関連法規や業務マニュアルを遵守し、業務を行う

• 電話及び社内システムを使用し、患者さんの製品の在庫状況を確認し、配送日を設定する

• JDEや社内システムへの受注・出荷データの入力、医療機関向けレポートを作成、送付する

• 医療機関や代理店から処方箋を入手し、品名、数量等の内容を確認した上で出荷処理を行う

• 処方内容に関する確認や問い合わせ対応を行う（医療機関・社内関係部門との連携含む）

• 医療機関、患者さん、代理店、配送業者などからの問い合わせに対応し、必要に応じて社内関係者への連携、申し送りを行う

• 業務スケジュールの作成、業務の優先順位付けを行い、効率的に業務を遂行する

• イレギュラー発生時（災害、在庫欠品、製品の自主回収等）に社内関係部門と連携し、患者さんへの対応、フォローアップを行う

• 配送コストなど、業務に関連するコスト意識を持ち、業務を遂行する

• 部内のKPIを理解し、チーム内の業務改善の提案や取り組みへ積極的に参加する
