- 保全支払業務(解約・年金・生存・満期・貸付等)の実務遂行（一部領域のリードを含む）
- 保全支払業務における業務改善プロジェクトやシステム対応への参画
- 保全支払業務における顧客体験向上に向けた施策の実行支援
- 保全支払ベンダーとの日常的な業務連携・品質管理支援
- 関連部署（コールセンター、契約管理部門、システム部門等）との連携・調整
- 保全支払業務に関する事務ルール・マニュアルの整備および更新
- 法令・社内規程に基づく適正な事務運営およびコンプライアンスの徹底
