Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

- Responsible for customer inquiries.

- Process customer change request with accuracy.

- Process customer orders accurately and timely by reviewing customer purchase order for accuracy, freight terms, pricing, etc.

- Research and resolve order entry issue like pricing, order alerts, holds and other issues per customer requests and make sure order is booked timely in ERP system.

- Supporting customer RMA and other assigned tasks.
