Job Responsibilities:
- Manage projects end-to-end, including requirements, scheduling, risk management, and progress tracking.
- Design software architecture covering cloud infrastructure, backend, and frontend.
- Perform hands-on development and implementation as needed.
- Collaborate with internal and external development teams and conduct code reviews.
- Coordinate specifications with product owners and business teams.
- Select technologies and optimize development processes.
- Gather requirements, analyze business challenges, and propose solutions to clients.
Job Qualifications:
- 5+ years of cloud application development experience.
- Software architecture design experience in monolithic or microservices environments.
- 3+ years as a Project Manager or Tech Lead.
- Experience gathering requirements, identifying problems, or proposing technical solutions directly to clients.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience delivering AI or Generative AI projects.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, Java, or Go.
- Knowledge of Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Tools & Environment:
- Microsoft 365: Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, Loop, etc.
- AI tools: Microsoft Copilot, Claude, etc.
