Job summary The Amazon Business (AB) is dedicated to developing solutions that make it easy for business customers to buy on Amazon.co.jp. Customer Success Managers (CSM) are responsible for supporting complex customer requirements with additional support. Especially, the CSM will support AB customers to drive DX (Digital Transformation) or automation of P2P (Procure to Pay) business process. Specifically saying, the CSM will provide System Consulting and Accounting Data Integration service that solve customers' accounting/payment challenges and provide accounting data by developing Macro program and/or integrating with our API. By providing these professional services with collaborating with Sales team , the CSM try to obtain long-term customers' trust, to result in company-wide AB adoption to drive our business.
