Your Role
You manage project-based B2B orders from validation to delivery and invoicing, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and on-time performance.
This is a highly autonomous role in a non-routine environment, requiring strong multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage demanding stakeholders.
- Own the full order-to-cash process (order validation, processing, delivery, invoicing) for APAC
- Perform rigorous order checks (pricing, timelines, product references, availability)
- Perform Procurement tasks (Purchase orders, receptions) in cooperation with Purchasing teams and European Supply Chain
- Purchase and coordinate local transport from port arrival or local supplier to customer delivery in APAC
- Manage international logistics and customs, including complex flows (e.g. South Korea)
- Negotiate and challenge requirements (lead times, transport, cost ownership) with integrators
- Act as main point of contact for demanding B2B customers on Supply topics
- Manage internal orders for Service Center and Marketing
- Manage limited Finished Product local stock.
- Resolve operational issues directly and ensure continuity of delivery
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations, both in Japan and France
Requirements
- Experience in B2B order management, logistics, or supply chain
- Background in project-based or technical environments (industrial, automotive, automation etc.)
- Strong understanding and practice of ERP (ideally SAP) and order-to-cash processes
- High attention to detail and sense of ownership
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Autonomous, resourceful, and comfortable in a non-routine environment
- Ability to travel to France and inside APAC seldomly
Languages:
- English & Japanese required
- Korean is an advantage
