Demand & Supply Planner

Key Role
S&OP（Sales & Operations Planning）プロセスの月次サイクルをリードし、マーケティング、営業をはじめとするクロスファンクショナルなステークホルダーと連携しながら、精度の高い需要予測の策定を担う。また、海外の調達・供給チームと密接に協働し、需要計画に基づく安定的かつ効率的な供給の実現を推進する。需要と供給のバランスを最適化し、適正在庫の維持を通じてサービスレベル向上と在庫効率の最大化を目指す。
主なタスク
⁃過去の売上実績を分析し、マーケティング、営業部から情報を取りながら需要予測を作成する。
⁃Ｓ＆ＯＰ Meetingのための資料作成や、会議準備、プレゼンテーション
⁃作成した需要をもとに、調達調整・輸送のトラッキングを行う。
⁃倉庫内のロケーション管理などやリワークなどの手配を行い円滑な出荷まで受注チームと連携。
⁃マスターデータのメンテナンスと配信
⁃在庫管理のための在庫シミュレーションやプランニングのためのレポート作成。
⁃在庫最適化のための各種分析など

What makes you a good fit

Must Have

・Demand Planning／SupplyPlanningの実務経験3年以上
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
・エクセル シミュレーションファイル等、スクラッチから自分で作れる
・複雑なエクセルファイルを理解する力
・各部門間との円滑なコミュニケーション能力
Nice to have
・FMCG/ビューティなど、SKUが多く回転の速い商材領域での経験
・ 外資/内資や企業規模は不問（プランニングの基礎・仕組み理解を重視）
