By implementing production systems for BAW SAW manufacturing lines in a timely manner and automating manual tasks, we aim to reduce operational errors, improve work efficiency, and enhance product quality.
Our first priority will be automating the Probe area.

Responsibilities
SFSJ is deploying Automation system for BAW and SAW 6inch lines. Communication between manufacturing tool and Automation host is standardized by SECS/GEM. However, each tool has unique operation procedure and functions. We need to develop those part for each tool. Skyworks is migrating offline operation to Automaton operation for all tools. And the sustaining work such as the maintenance and trouble shooting will be required.
The mission of this position is to understand manual operations in manufacturing lines and process technology, establish operational procedures, and then design automated systems. This involves creating requirements and functional specifications and instructing developers. It also includes conducting User-Assisted Testing (UAT) with the user, training operators, and deploying automated operations. When developers face a shortage of personnel, the individual will also participate in development work.

Required Experience and Skills
• Thoroughly discuss manufacturing site operations with manufacturing members, process members, and yield members to understand current operations, and be able to propose and reach agreements with users on timely system solutions.
• Experience in creating requirements definition documents and basic design documents
• Ability to create project schedules, manage progress, and report regularly.
• Experience in system development using SQL (SQL Server, Oracle)
• Java Script development skills
• Experience in control system development
• Basic English communication skills (including document creation and material creation)
• Five years or more of experience in the above-mentioned work
• Automation system development for semiconductor equipment
• Knowledge of and experience using SECS-I/II, HSMS, and GEM
• Knowledge of various servers, storage, networks, and databases
• Candidates with knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes are especially welcome.
• Ability to promote work in collaboration with the process technology department, manufacturing department, and quality control department is preferred
• Ability to explain things clearly and accurately. Ability to accurately understand the needs of others.
