Backend Developer, you will work alongside with frontend developers to create comprehensive digital solutions for business needs.

What you’ll be doing

• Improve and maintain existing web applications for our clients
• Build and integrate backend services, RESTful Web Services, CMS, 3rd party APIs, and other 3rd party solutions to populate content and data
• Design and implementation of documentation and diagram complex web applications
• Collaborate with other engineers in architectural design discussions and give advices during the working process

Job Type

• Full Time / Contract

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of engineering experience in the software industry
• Strong knowledge of web stacks, libraries, and frameworks
• Proficient knowledge of a back-end programming language on JavaScript (at least 2 years' extensive experience as a Node.js and React developer)

Preferred Skills

• JLPT level N2 or equivalent and communication skills in a fast-paced office environment. Ability to communicate in English.

The Ideal Person

• Has extensive experience with cloud infrastructure solutions such as AWS (S3, EC2, ELB, RDS, Lambda, Cognito, Cloud Watch, Router53, Cloud Front, etc.) and PaaS Heroku
• Has development experience using version management systems such as Git and SVN
• Has experience working with and designing relational database systems, such as Postgres, MySQL
• Is an expert debugger with excellent automation and unit testing skills

Hiring process

Salary: 7 million to 10 million per annum depending on experience

Bonus: twice a year (at Company’s sole discretion)

Work hours: 10:00–19:00
