We expect an engineer or leader who have role to realize above. In addition, since need to work with engineer in Renesas Vietnum, global mind is also required.
Job Description
DFT(SCAN, MBIST) engineer or leader for automotive MCU. Development and adoption to product design by DFT
・ DFT spec consideration to achive cost and quality target
・ DFT(SCAN, MBIST) circuit implemantaion
・ DFT(SCAN, MBIST) circuit verification
・ Test coverage examination to achive quality target

Qualifications
・ More than 5 year experience for DFT(SCAN/MBIST)
・ Experience of desgital circuit design and verification
・ Communicaton skill by English
・ Experience of English communication on actual work
