Digital Marketing Specialist - 6 Month Parental Leave Contract

An exciting 6mth contract opportunity has become available with our dynamic and passionate marketing team for a Digital Marketing Specialist to bring their proactive and energetic approach to this fast-paced environment as we continue to grow and position ourselves as an aged care provider of choice in an increasingly customer driven market.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Marketing & Digital, you will manage and optimise Catholic Healthcare’s website to ensure engaging user experience, applying your knowledge of best practices to drive improvement of our digital presence.

You will manage digital campaigns and assets to drive quality leads and applications through to sales. Utilising your creative and innovative thinking to assist in the development of the marketing strategy, implement compelling, effective user focused digital campaign activities designed to increase leads and sales, and nurture relationships.

As a member of the digital marketing team, you will be instrumental in contributing to make a digital impact, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously within a collaborative and supportive team where your expertise will be highly respected.

Your adaptable and confident approach together with your ability to provide solutions and guidance to key stakeholders, will aid in your success.

To be considered a successful candidate for the role will have excellent copy writing, written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail, in addition to;

  • 3-5 years demonstrated experience in a similar role delivering successful digital marketing campaigns across owned and paid digital channels
  • Relevant qualifications in digital marketing or related discipline
  • Advanced knowledge of contemporary digital marketing principles & practices
  • Experience with SEO as well as developing and implementing SEM and PPC
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Ads is required
  • CMS, HubSpot, EPiServer, marketing automation and Adobe Suite - preferred
  • Experience in the Aged Care and/or Health sector - preferred.
  • Ability to provide evidence of Covid19 Immunisations
