Digital Experience Associate (Short – Term Keiyaku Shain) - 短期契約社員

Job Description

Are you passionate about fashion and e-commerce? Do you have a keen eye for detail and an interest in enhancing online shopping experiences? We are looking for a Digital Experience Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for developing and localising content that reflects the COS brand voice, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from site visit through to post-purchase.

Responsibilities

• Support copywriting and translation across customer touchpoints (website, product descriptions, newsletters, Instagram, LINE, etc.)


• Assist with content localisation for the Japanese market


• Ensure consistency with COS brand tone, style, and grammar


• Support SEO, digital engagement, and customer experience initiatives


• Coordinate content and assets across teams and channels


• Collaborate with Internal stakeholder within Japan E-Commerce team and external agencies


• Assist with basic admin tasks such as translation coordination


• Contribute to team success by assisting with miscellaneous operational tasks and special projects when required

業務内容

• お客様とのさまざまな接点におけるコピーライティングおよび翻訳のサポート（オンラインサイト、商品説明、ニュースレター、Instagram、LINEなど）


• 日本市場向けのコンテンツローカライズのサポート


• COSのブランドトーン、スタイル、文法の一貫性を維持


• SEO、デジタルエンゲージメント、カスタマーエクスペリエンス向上施策のサポート


• 各チーム・各チャンネル間でのコンテンツや素材の調整


• 日本Eコマースチーム内の関係者および外部代理店との連携


• 翻訳進行管理など、基本的な事務業務のサポート


• 必要に応じて、チームの成功に貢献するためのその他オペレーション業務や特別プロジェクトのサポート

Qualifications

• Fluent Japanese and business-level English


• Strong interest in fashion, writing, and digital content


• Strong attention to detail and communication skills


• Well-organised with ability to meet deadlines


• Previous internship or exposure to fashion/digital is a plus


• Highly adaptable with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

This is a short term keiyaku shain position for 24 hours a week (3 days per week). Specific scheduling between Monday and Friday will be finalized with the hiring manager
