Job Purpose:
Optimize customer touchpoints across web and email channels through continuous PDCA cycles
Strengthen content operations including video (from planning to production collaboration and optimization)
Drive measurable business outcomes by continuously improving digital initiatives rather than treating them as one-time executions
Responsibilities:
Web Marketing
Manage and optimize corporate websites and landing pages (structure, user flow, content updates)
Analyze performance using tools such as GA4 and develop and execute improvement hypotheses
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies, providing direction for content production
Email Marketing
Plan and structure newsletters
Develop distribution schedules and content plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Create reports, analyze performance metrics (open rate, CTR, etc.), and propose improvements
Manage and optimize email distribution operations
Design and execute campaigns using marketing automation (MA) tools
Video Marketing
Plan video content themes (products/solutions, case studies, events, etc.)
Develop scripts and storyboards; brief external production partners
Measure post-publication performance (viewer retention, CTR, traffic, conversions) and optimize content
Repurpose existing content into video formats and short-form content
Support webinar content creation (including recording)
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Required
2–3 years of experience in website operations or digital marketing initiatives (agency or in-house)
Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and infrastructure concepts
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives
Preferred
Experience in email marketing execution (planning and/or optimization)
Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Search Console, and MA/CRM platforms
Experience in video-related initiatives (planning, operations, analytics, or coordination with production)
Direct video editing experience is not required but considered a plus
Business-level English proficiency (written and verbal communication in a professional environment)
