「Room to Grow（成長できる場所 ）」の社内異動のため、IHGでは現在、Director of Finance Operation Japan （ファイナンス＆ビジネスサポート部門の日本担当ディレクター）を募集しており、虎ノ門琴平タワーの東京コーポレートオフィス勤務になります。シンガポールを拠点とするVP of Finance, South East Asia and Pacificの直属となります。
財務分析、資本金、プロジェクトマネジメント、日本のオペレーション財務機能、調達管理を通じて、ホテルの財務パフォーマンスを促進し、日本のリーダーシップチームに戦略的リーダーシップとビジネスサポートを提供することがこの職務の主な責任です。

Your Day to Day
With spectacular growth in our region - which includes a newly revamped rewards program and new brands in market - and an even bigger ambition, there couldn’t be a better time to join the IHG family.
Due to an amazing “room to grow” story, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Director of Finance Operation Japan to join our business. The role will be based out of Tokyo Support office and will report into our VP of Finance for South East Asia and Pacific who will be based out of Singapore.
The core responsibility of the role is to drive hotel financial performance and provide strategic leadership and business support for the Japan leadership team through the management of the financial analytics function, capital, projects, Japan operational finance function and procurement activities.

- 7～10年のチームおよび/または重要な複雑なプロジェクトの管理経験
- 事業に影響を与える社内外の様々な経済・財務問題を評価・理解する実証された能力、
- データを分析し、将来の事業動向を予測し、事業評価に基づいて効果的な財務計画を策定する能力
- 部下を指導・育成した経験を有する
- 組織内のあらゆるレベルに対応できる口頭および書面での優れたコミュニケーション能力を有し、コンセンサスを得る能力を有する
- ビジネス日本語とビジネス英語を話し、読み書きができること
What we need from you
To be successful in this role the following skills and attributes are highly desirable.
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- 10+ years progressive work-related experience in multiple areas of accounting and/or capital projects management and reporting, financial and/or business analysis, accounting, merger/acquisition analysis, or a related area, with 7 to 10 years managing teams and/or significant complex projects
- Demonstrated ability to assess and understand a variety of internal and external economic and financial issues which impact the business,
- Analyse data and forecast future business trends, and to develop effective financial plans based on businesses assessments.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing people.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written to address all levels within the organization and ability to gain consensus.
- Ability to read, write and speak both English and Japanese is essential for the success of this role.
