セールスフォースのインダストリートランスフォーメーションチームでは、業界知識とリーダーシップを活かし、お客様のビジネス成長と消費者体験の革新を実現するチームマネージャーを募集しています。本ポジションでは、インダストリーアドバイザーチームを統率し、セールスフォースの製品・営業戦略と連携した業界特化型のビジネス戦略を策定。お客様の持続可能な成長とデジタル変革を支援します。

主要業務内容:

• チームマネジメント: 1st Line Managerとして、チームメンバーの目標達成を促進し、業務の質と効率を最大化。
• 業界戦略の策定: 管掌する業界における市場機会を特定し、データに基づいた成長戦略を設計・実行。
• 関係構築: 業界内外のステークホルダーと連携し、GTM（Go-To-Market）戦略をスムーズに推進。
• リーダーシップ: 各業界におけるトレンドと課題を分析し、具体的なソリューション提案を通じて変革をリード。
• 育成と支援: チームメンバーのスキル向上を目的としたトレーニングやキャリア形成を支援。

求めるスキル・経験:

• デジタル変革の実績: DXプロジェクトの戦略立案から実行までの包括的な経験。
• コンサルティング経験: 5～10年以上のコンサルティングまたは戦略策定業務の経験（特に業界特化型プロジェクトでの成果が望ましい）。
• リーダーシップ: 5年以上のチームマネジメント経験、特に複雑な業務環境での成果達成能力。
• 分析力と戦略的思考: データ分析を基にした市場動向の洞察力および長期的な成長戦略の策定能力。
• 言語スキル: 日本語（母国語レベル）および英語（ビジネスレベル、特に読み書き能力）。

望ましい経験・資格:

• 複数業界にまたがる知見（例: 消費財、製造、流通など）を持ち、業界横断型のアプローチが可能。
• MBAまたは関連分野での修士号、またはそれに準じる実務経験。
