Functieomschrijving In your role as an OT Services Support Administrator, you will be the primary interface for end users, ensuring the seamless functioning of IT support systems. Your responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, triaging and escalating tickets, monitoring system activities, and actively participating in cybersecurity initiatives. You'll also play a key role in supporting hardware maintenance, systems configuration, and the implementation of updates and policies. Your contribution is integral to the success of our Geo-data acquisition and analysis solutions. Functie-eisen Education and Experience: A minimum of a Secondary Vocational Education degree (Dutch MBO level 4) in Information Technology or a related field. At least 3 years of working experience with a solid understanding of IT service management processes (ITIL) and ITSM tools. Technical Proficiency: Broad technical knowledge in desktop and server infrastructure, enterprise applications, and certifications such as Microsoft (Windows Support/Server, Office365, MS Exchange, Azure, MTP), ITIL4, Cisco CCST/CCNA are highly valued. Problem-solving Skills: Strong customer service skills, critical thinking ability, and proficiency in problem-solving are essential to address the dynamic challenges faced in the role. Documentation and Detail Orientation: Ability to generate written instructions, support documentation, and meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of your work. Communication Skills: Excellent English language skills, both written and oral, to effectively communicate with stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
