This is what you move: As Business Director Analytics, you are the first point of contact for the Business Analytics function, working on a cluster level for DACH region. Furthermore: You will work closely with a dedicated team of Business Analytics experts across Europe to deliver top notch Analytics service and will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the Analytics function’s objectives The Business Director Analytics ensures the calibration of Market Mix Modeling response curves into our agency media planning software by: - Consolidating Marketing Mix Model results by category and market - Utilizing statistical techniques to apply available FMCG benchmarks to complete missing information - Working collaboratively with the European Business Analytics team to develop a framework of operation to embed these results into the agency media planning software - Driving the integration of Business Results into Campaign Design You will align European media sufficiency principles with local market guidelines: - Collecting and providing relevant data assets from markets in cluster DACH to localize sufficiency guidelines - Implement usage of these values in Campaign Design You will provide trainings and recommendations on a diverse array of channel budget optimization tools and methodologies in cluster DACH. The following qualities distinguish you: You have successfully completed a degree in economics, mathematics or statistics with a corresponding quantitative focus. You have at least 5 years of analytical leadership experience including preparation and presentation of reports to stakeholders, using data to drive significant business decisions. You are sought out as an Analytics expert and will endeavour to build fruitful relationships with other Business Directors, senior management, and the client within your cluster. You will need to be confident that you can turn a business question into a technical brief, work with experts and analysts to deliver solutions focused on applying advanced analytics and provide sound recommendations to the client. Strong analytical skills – analysis of raw data, mastery of advanced statistical methods, supported by programming skills (e.g. Python, R, SQL) Experience in FMCG is a major plus Excellent communication skills – able to present complex ideas in a clear and engaging way. You are calm under pressure and able to always think about the bigger picture.
