Description
* Leading a team of service professionals to deliver exceptional technical support and maintenance services to our customers.
* Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Analyzing performance metrics and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
* Cultivating a culture of customer-centricity and continuous learning within the service team.
Profile
* Previous experience in a leadership role within a service-oriented organization, preferably in the manufacturing or machinery industry.
* Strong technical acumen and understanding of packaging machinery or related technologies.
* Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Business level of English and fluent Japanese.
