Description
* Lead double-hatted product controllers covering investment banking and global markets division
* Ensure accuracy of books and records and monitor deal pipeline (deal status tracking), in coordination with business units, global counterparts and business partners
* Coordinate with global teams as representative of Japan to drive global and local projects around regulatory requirement, process streamlining, system enhancement and projects
* Provide support to department manager on critical analysis and materials for senior management and business unit's decision-making (i.e. profitability analysis, revenue recognition analysis)
Profile
* Data-oriented, problem-solving and projects management skills, attention to details
* Strong drive to coordinate across varying regions and teams towards the achievement of common goals
* Ability to work in a swiftly changing, dynamic environment
* Excellent communication skills (at least business level English and native level Japanese)
* Ability to provide accurate reports
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
* Accounting and product knowledge on investment banking
