Role and Responsibilities:

  • •Own and manage Merchant Payment Products for the different customer segments with end-to-end responsibility for the product, creating the long-term vision to evolve the current offer proposition while ensuring deep integration with Sabre solutions.

  • •Own and lead the strategy with the partner providers linked to the managed products and ensure alignment with other product propositions.

  • •Act as product expert supporting advanced solutions from customers.

  • •Work with other product teams to define the payment portfolio's evolution and future vision based on market problems and needs.

What will you achieve?

  • You will have full ownership and accountability to define the long-term vision of the Merchant Payments Products and work with a team of product managers to define features, prioritize them, and deliver the Travel Merchant Payments roadmap,

  • Interact with other Sabre Product leaders to ensure the best possible dialogue for the Sabre Merchant Payments product.

  • Work closely with external best-in-class providers to ensure we use their collaboration best.

  • You will work with other product leaders t to define an offer vision that disrupts the current travel payments market based on customer, commercial, operations, and partner feedback, market trends, and our strategic thinking.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Expert in similar roles

  • Expert in Merchant Payments.

  • Travel Industry experience

  • Product Management experience

  • Seniority to manage and coordinate internal and external teams.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior team members and customers – including at C Level.

  • Exceptional communication ability

  • System thinking, technical acumen, storytelling, and story mapping.

  • Ability to perform business systems analysis; explain and document complex requirements in a clear, concise manner.

  • Strategic and Analytical thinking with a willingness to challenge the status quo.

  • Capable of managing and prioritizing several competing tasks

  • Positive attitude, willing to learn and step out of the comfort zone.

  • Experience working with agile/scrums development teams.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Understanding the GDSs and PSS dynamics.

  • Understanding of the Airlines and Travel Agencies dynamics.

  • Multilingual: Main Language: English. Any other will be a plus.
