THE OPPORTUNITY

As Director of TouchWorks Product Management, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our software. You'll lead a team of talented product managers, driving the development and implementation of innovative features that delight our clients and propel our business forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product Vision & Strategy:
    • Define the product vision and blueprint for TouchWorks, aligned with market trends and client needs.
    • Prioritize features based on data-driven insights, user feedback, and business objectives.
    • Champion user needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Product Development & Execution:
    • Break down user stories into individual tasks and manage the development process.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, and marketing.
    • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of new features and bug fixes.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship:
    • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering their professional growth and development.
    • Build a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
    • Attract and retain top talent in the product management field.
  • Metrics & Reporting:
    • Establish and implement a data-driven approach to product decision-making.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of product initiatives.
    • Analyze user behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Build strong relationships with key clients and understand their unique needs.
    • Gather feedback and insights to inform product development decisions.
    • Conduct regular product demonstrations and training sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field, or equivalent years of experience. MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years’ experience in product management, with a track record of success in the healthcare industry
  • 7+ years’ leadership experience, with success in building and motivating high-performing product teams.
  • Experience building and launching software products from the ground up, preferably in a SaaS model.
  • Experience with healthcare IT EHR systems.
  • Demonstrably data-driven approach to product decision-making.
  • International experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in SQL and other data analysis tools.
  • Experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Passion for building innovative products that make a difference.

Salary Range$130,000—$158,000 USD
