Location: APAC (Singapore) or Australia As part of our fast-growing pace, we are currently looking for a Director of Sales Engineering to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team of sales engineers, ensuring they have the resources, training, and support that they need to drive revenue growth. This position will also play a key role in developing and executing our sales engineering strategy, working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company's overall business objectives. What You’ll Do: · Lead and manage the Sales Engineering team. · Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales engineers. Set clear goals and expectations for the team. · Provide ongoing coaching and feedback.· Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.· Ensure the team is aligned with the company's sales strategy and objectives. Develop and execute the Sales Engineering strategy: · Define the role and responsibilities of the Sales Engineering team.· Develop and implement processes for technical qualification, solution development, and customer engagement. · Manage the sales engineering budget and resources. · Track and measure the performance of the Sales Engineering team.· Provide technical expertise to the Sales team. · Assist the Sales team in understanding the technical features and benefits of the company's products and services.· Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations. · Answer technical questions from customers and prospects. Work with Product Management: · Provide feedback on product development roadmap from a sales engineering perspective. · Collaborate on the development of new features and functionality.· Build and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors.· Identify and develop relationships with key partners and vendors that can support the Sales Engineering team.· Negotiate and manage contracts with partners and vendors.· Represent Zimperium brand in marketing events, conferences, and improve brand awareness.· Present and speak around market trends, solutions, benefit/case studies to promote Zimperium business. What You’ll Bring: · Minimum of 10 years experience in a pre-sales engineering role in enterprise software.· Experience in cyber security space (Cloud, Network, End-Point, Application Security, and Mobile) preferred.· Certification in Security & Penetration Testing is a plus.· Able to work in a fast-paced environment with extremely high enthusiasm & intensity· Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills.· Self-disciplined and have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.· Willingness to work from home office; ability to travel approximately 60%.· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
