Contribute to the quality of service (availability, security, performance, support) of R&D applications used
● Ensure the technical administration & operations of local systems & related DSIS solution,
● In coordination with Group R&D DSIS SysOps & IT coordination teams and the Digital Business Partner, assist on securing the performance of local R&D technical services and technical administration / operations of Group systems
● Contribute to technical deployment in Valeo sites
Assist the R&D DSIS Operations manager in deploying Group standards
● Contribute to the compliance of local solutions & systems with Valeo security policies (standard rules to access the system, data confidentiality)
● Contribute to the application of Group IS & R&D DSIS rules application on its site
Ensure the local licenses ordering, installation & support, when applicable
Contribute to local projects at R&D
● Define requirements for IS/IT
● Coordinate with respective teams, such as Group R&D DSIS, IT and Security teams, to realize the IS/IT solutions
● Deploy the solutions to site
Support business users for general IS/IT applications
● As an on-site member, support
● As an on-site member, act as an internal consultant to guide users where to request their needs and report
issues regarding IS/IT applications
