We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven leader to spearhead two of our most critical priorities: leading GRIT, our company-wide digital transformation initiative covering ERP, CRM, BI, and POS systems, and driving retail operations including post-merger integration (PMI) activities. Reporting directly to the General Manager and coordinating with WSA’s APAC regional and global headquarters in Denmark, you will be at the centre of shaping how we operate, grow, and deliver value across the organisation.
What you will do
Lead end-to-end project management for the GRIT digital transformation initiative, overseeing the replacement of ERP, CRM, BI, and POS systems across the organisation
Drive post-merger integration (PMI) activities following M&A transactions, taking full ownership of synergy realization, operational integration, and organisational optimization
Manage sales operations for Bloom stores, including revenue management, cost control, and incentive planning to sustain strong sales performance
Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to plan, govern, and execute integration processes, ensuring timely delivery and value creation
Coordinate with WSA APAC regional headquarters and the global headquarters in Denmark to ensure a unified group approach to transformation and integration initiatives
Track and report on initiative progress, KPIs, and business outcomes to the General Manager and senior stakeholders, driving accountability and momentum.
What you bring
At least 10 years of experience in project management and execution within cross-functional or cross-organisational environments, with at least 5 years of experience in sales operations management
Good working knowledge of MS Suites - high proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power BI
Business-level English proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively with overseas headquarters and international stakeholders
Background in large-scale retail operations (JPY 10B+ annual sales) within a multinational company or consulting firm are advantageous.
