The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Editor / Copywriter to join our dynamic agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing content creation, and a knack for producing high-quality written material across various platforms. This role is crucial in driving Custom Media's marketing efforts, as well as supporting our clients with compelling content. You will need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
スキル・資格
・ At least 3+ years of industry experience in a similar role, with a focus on copywriting, editing, and marketing.
・ Native English speaker with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
・ Understanding of the Japanese market, culture, and nuances is a significant advantage.
・ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established company processes.
・ Proactive problem solver with creative thinking and sound judgment.
・ Familiarity with AI tools. Technologically adept, with experience in using content management and project management tools.
・ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
・ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a positive and goal-oriented mindset.
業務内容
・ Write, edit, and proofread content for internal and external marketing efforts, including websites, blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and more.
・ Collaborate with the business development team to create and edit proposals and presentations.
・ Conduct interviews and research to produce insightful and relevant content.
・ Oversee and manage freelancers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of outsourced content.
・ Write sponsored content for INTOUCH, the membership magazine of the prestigious Tokyo American Club.
・ Utilize AI tools for ideation and content enhancement while maintaining high standards of original writing with a human touch.
学歴
・ Undergraduate Degree in Journalism, Marketing or a similar field.
・ Preferred 3+ years of industry experience in a similar role, with a focus on copywriting, editing, and marketing.
