Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for an Education Excellence Staff, located in Tokyo.

This role is responsible for leading both Professional Education and Commercial Education in Orthopaedics, driving the development and execution of cross-BU education strategies across Trauma, Sports, Joint, and Spine. It also serves as a central PMO and liaison, collaborating with APAC and domestic stakeholders to drive execution and business impact.

整形外科領域におけるProfessional EducationおよびCommercial Educationを統合的にリードし、BU (Trauma / Sports / Joint reconstruction / Spine)を横断した教育戦略の策定・推進を担う。あわせて、システムおよびデジタル領域において、APACおよび国内関連部門との連携ハブとしてプロジェクト推進（PMO）を担い、戦略性と実行力をもって成果創出に貢献する。

Duties & Responsibilities / 職務および職責

Strategic Planning（戦略企画）

• Develop mid- to long-term education strategies and annual execution plans

中長期戦略および年間計画の策定

• Design and implement learning journeys aligned with physician and employee career stages and business strategy

医師および社員のキャリアステージと事業部戦略に基づいたラーニングジャーニーの設計・展開

Stakeholder Management（ステークホルダーマネジメント）

• Build and manage relationships with Universities, KOLs, Academic Organizations, and societies

大学、KOL、AO、学会との関係構築・維持

• Lead cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement across internal and external stakeholders

社内外ステークホルダーを巻き込んだ部門横断での合意形成および連携の推進

Program Execution & PMO (プログラム実行・統括)

• Drive effective and efficient delivery of education content through structured processes and systems

仕組みおよびシステムを活用し、教育コンテンツの効果的かつ効率的な展開を推進する

• Act as a central PMO and liaison for system and digital initiatives, collaborating with Global / APAC and domestic stakeholders

システムおよびデジタル領域におけるプロジェクトにおいて、PMOおよび連携ハブとしてGlobal / APACおよび国内関係者との調整・統括を担う

Digital & Innovation（デジタル・イノベーション）

• Develop and promote digital education solutions and hybrid learning models

• Drive enhancement of content delivery and learner experience through digital tools

デジタルツールを活用した教育の高度化および学習体験の向上

Compliance & Continuous Improvement（コンプライアンス・改善）

• Ensure all programs comply with healthcare compliance standards and internal policies

• Review and support HCC submissions and program approvals through established processes and systems

仕組みおよびシステムを通じて、HCC申請およびプログラム承認の確認・改善支援

• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and feedback (e.g. surveys)

Key Requirements (skills, competencies, experiences, certifications) / 必要要件（スキル、知識、経験、資格）

Experience / 経験

• 3+ years of experience in Orthopaedics (Sales, Marketing, Clinical or Education)
• 3年以上）
• Experience in program planning and/or project leadership preferred

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
