is looking for a talented and driven Product Engineer to join our growing team! At VITSOLC Technologies, we are pioneering the development of semitransparent solar cells , bridging the gap between advanced photovoltaic research and real-world industrial applications. We're a fast-paced, innovation-driven company committed to shaping the future of solar energy.
As Product Engineer, you will play a key role in bridging engineering, market needs, and stakeholder relationships. Contribute to the design and implementation of our pilot plant for semitransparent solar cell production
Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and commercial teams to ensure product goals are met on time and on budget
Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape in the solar/photovoltaic sector
Support the definition of product roadmaps aligned with company strategy, as well as with the writing and presentation of project reports
Ensure quality standards and technical feasibility throughout the product lifecycle
Engineering background (Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field) with +3 years experience
Additional training or education in business management will be highly valued
Familiarity with xqbhyrx market requirements analysis , ideally within the solar cell / photovoltaic industry
English (professional working proficiency)
· Catalan and Spanish fluency will be a plus
