職務内容
・最先端半導体製造（EUVリソグラフィー等）に用いられる電子材料の研究開発業務。（主として水系材料の開発）
担当業務:
【ラボワーク】
・実験計画に基づき、電子材料サンプルの調製、評価。
【クリーンルームワーク】
・電子材料の塗布、評価。
【報告・ディスカッション】
・実験結果まとめ、チームディスカッション、グループディスカッション
・顧客との会議、ディスカッション
【その他】
・特許、論文調査
必要なスキル・資格など
・大学または大学院で化学、物理を専攻された方。又は同等の知識をお持ちの方。
・化学材料の取り扱い経験をお持ちの方。
・英語の読み書き、ディスカッション
・チームワークに支障の無い方
Job title: R&D engineer
Job purpose:
This job is to develop a new material that is used in advanced semiconductor manufacturing process (ex. EUV lithography). Time conscious development is required.
Key responsibilities:
[Lab work]
- Preparation of chemical sample
- Chemical analysis of samples Liquid particle counter, and etc.
[Clean room work]
- Film deposition and film evaluation
[Report and discussion]
- To summarize experimental data and report them in team meeting
- Review and technical discussion with other relevant members
- Meeting with customer in conference call and/or face to face
[Others]
- Patent & paper search
Requirements
- Working experience at chemical lab
- Bachelor's degree or higher in chemistry, chemical engineering
- English (e-mail read /write, presentation)
- Honest communication with colleagues
