English to Japanese Copywriter and Translator - Remote only

MOTHERTONGUE-LEVEL JAPANESE REQUIRED and VERY FLUENT ENGLISH

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Japanese translator and copywriter to assist us in:

1. Translating articles from English to Japanese.

2. As a Japanese Copywriter, you will collaborate closely with our marketing, content, and creative teams to develop engaging content across various channels, including website copy, social media posts, campaigns, advertisements, and more.

• Mother tongue-level fluency in Japanese with excellent writing and grammar skills.


• Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with English-speaking team members.


• Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency environment.


• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.


• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and spelling.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.


• Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools is a plus.
