The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Designing and constructing highly scalable hybrid and native applications
- Involvement in all development phases: design, planning, development, deployment, and establishing best practices for future development
- Architecting, designing, and developing scalable and resilient applications
- Providing technical leadership, including integration, application development, deployment, testing, and management of the technical department
- Innovating and devising new solutions for complex design challenges, as well as leading design efforts and providing technical guidance to developers
- Mentoring and leading a team of engineers
- Optimising application performance and staying updated with the latest mobile technology trends
- Conducting code reviews, resolving bugs, and enhancing application performance
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including daily scrums, and weekly iteration reviews and planning
- Experience with automation testing and unit testing frameworks
- Implementing application security, including adherence to information security principles
Ideal Profile
- Proficiency in Cloud Migration, Domain Driven Design (DDD), Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Microservices Architecture (MSA), GCP, and Cloud architecture
- Strong leadership abilities in a technical context
- Proficiency with Web API, Microservices, REST, Cloud, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and one of the following: Angular, React, Vue.js, or Ember.js
- Demonstrable knowledge of Android SDK and various Android versions
- Expertise in hybrid mobile app development using Ionic Framework, Angular 5+ or React JS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ES6, and jQuery
- Experience in integration with external third-party libraries and APIs, payment gateways, Google Maps, Live Location Tracking, GPS-related APIs, and ESRI Android SDK
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms like JSON Web Token or OAuth
- Comprehensive understanding of the mobile/web development life cycle
