Location 茨城県 つくば 試用期間の3ヶ月間はトレーニング期間となり、つくばオフィスへ月曜日~金曜日まで5日間の出社が求められます。 試用期間以降は週2~3日リモート勤務が許可されます。
The role Responsible for maintaining the standards of an organization’s talent by providing comprehensive technical training. Works closely with company executives and team managers to determine areas for employee improvement, developing training courses for new and existing employees and laying out strategies to track employee performance after the completion of training.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and develop related training materials, manuals, procedure, recordings etc. based on training requirements of teams and/or individual.
  • Design, develop and maintain classroom materials, presentations, virtual labs/pods required for specific trainings.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of training and workshops of the teams/individuals and develop appropriate modification if needed.
  • Delivering In-house and Virtual trainings for various Cisco Enterprise Networking (CCNA, SDWAN, Wireless) & Security (ASA, NGFW, VPN, Umbrella, DUO, ISE) and various networking and network security related modules.
  • Prepare himself/herself for any new technologies training that may be required.
  • Prepare assessments and evaluation models, assess and evaluate the performance of the Trainees.
  • Coordinate and deliver new employee orientation, onboarding and training. including on the job training, formal classroom training and post training follow up assessments and testing.
  • Support the development and administration of various training programs related to Networking and Network Security modules.
  • Collaborate with the company’s management to identify training needs and
  • Collaborate and identify and execute training needs and objectives in support of organizational goals and team and/or individual training needs. And Schedule appropriate training sessions for teams/individuals.
  • Monitor trainees, maintain rosters of their training progress, examination as well as certification records, and, in addition, may monitor trainees.
  • Launch and monitor all annual compliance training requirements.
  • Prepare and develop training material based on requirements.
  • Assess and evaluate performance of Trainees.
  • Motivating, influence and foster positive relationships with teams and individuals.

Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in business, computer science, or a technical field.
  • Native level Japanese and Business level English language skills
  • Sound knowledge of Cisco Enterprise & Security technologies and equipment like Cat9K switches, ISR 4K series, ASR 1K series, Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN Controller, Cisco ASA Firewalls, IPS Systems, Web Security Appliance Iron Ports, ISE Servers, AAA, VPN technologies and other relevant Cisco Security technologies covered under CCNP Security & CCIE Security blueprints.
  • Exemplary leadership and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Good research skills to perform advanced and analytical research to find reliable and relevant content for the learner.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly, prepare training materials on these new technologies and deliver trainings on these new technologies.
  • High empathy skills and understanding of effective training methodologies and the willingness to adapt to new techniques in training
  • Ability to monitor, coach, and mentor, according to the needs of the trainee.
  • Excellent technical content creations skills
  • Excellent LAB simulation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of onboarding process.
  • Experienced working with a variety of LMS platforms.
  • CCNP or CCIE certification is highly desirable.
  • Relevant Experience - 5+ years
