ESG Data Management - Temporary

You will be tasked with maintaining the existing ESG data set by handling incoming data inquiries from internal stakeholders and ensuring data quality by running multiple Quality projects.
You will be supporting the ESG data set for the Japan market. You will be given opportunities to work on a variety of tasks and projects.

The client offers a wide range of financial products and services, including data analytics, trading platforms, news services, and financial software, serving clients in finance, business, government, and various other industries worldwide.
Description
* Responding to questions about the ESG dataset from internal team members using the ticketing system.
* Checking the quality of multiple ESG datasets to ensure the data meets standards.
* Researching ESG disclosures for the local market to help launch new projects or expand current datasets, including collecting and translating examples.
* Monitoring the ticketing system to ensure the ESG team, both on-site and off-site, handles tickets promptly.
Profile
* Business proficiency or above in Japanese and English
* Prior professional work experience and strong interest/knowledge of ESG products
* Bachelor or/and Master degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent work experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Strong organization skills with ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines in a fast paced changing environment
