・その他、企業のサステナビリティ推進に関するコンサルティング業務支援

Position Summary
As an STC Consultant, you will support corporate sustainability disclosure and ESG-related initiatives. Through disclosure support, research and analysis, ESG data management, and client deliverables, you will help organizations advance their sustainability agendas and meet evolving reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sustainability disclosure activities, including annual securities reports, integrated reports, and sustainability reports
- Conduct research and analysis on sustainability disclosure frameworks such as CSRD, ISSB, TCFD, and other emerging standards
- Collect, organize, and analyze ESG-related data
- Assist in the preparation of client reports, presentations, proposals, and sustainability-related deliverables
- Support Project Managers and Senior Consultants in the delivery of sustainability and ESG engagements
- Contribute to broader sustainability consulting projects, including disclosure, strategy, and performance improvement initiatives
Requirements
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Business-level English proficiency
- Advanced communication skills in Japanese
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Sustainability or ESG disclosure and reporting
- Preparation of integrated reports, annual securities reports, sustainability reports, or related disclosures
- Investor Relations (IR), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), or corporate sustainability functions
Preferred
- Experience in Climate Change and Corporate Sustainability Consulting (CCSC), including:
- Climate change and carbon management
- Decarbonization strategies
- Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas accounting
- TCFD-related advisory projects
- Previous experience in a consulting firm
- Familiarity with global sustainability reporting standards and regulations
