You’ll provide key admin support to our team of Executive Assistants, part of our collaborative and supportive People team. You’ll be a crucial support in providing exceptional service to our Execs and the wider business. You'll also have the opportunity to manage multiple tasks and confidential business critical projects with varied scope and with quick turnarounds. The DAZN world never stands still.

As our new Executive Assistant you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Provide administrative support to our Executive Assistants and provide diary management support if needed
  • Travel management – organise flights, hotels, cars, and / or visas
  • Manage expenses
  • Provide legal administration support – preparing (printing & preparing) signing of legal documents
  • Help to plan and coordinate Japan/APAC based off sites, away days & socials for centralised business units – ensuring timing delivery
  • Provide support for vendor onboarding including contracts, supplier set up, Pos
  • Be the key liaison with guest relations & IT on meeting room management
  • Manage the maintenance of Tokyo office including ordering of stationery, office supplies & maintenance or including printers & accessories etc

You'll have:

  • Experience providing admin support
  • Knowledge of office management systems and software like MS Office
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • A pro-active attitude and the ability to work well cross-functionally, in a confidential manner
  • The ability to prioritize and manage conflicting tasks
  • Understanding the needs of the Executive Assistant team with minimum direction in a fast-paced environment
