The candidate will be experienced in providing outstanding services in support of Office Management, proactively leading, monitoring and managing onsite Client account activities. Site Operations Management
- Manage operations of Helpdesk services including remote managed sites
- Support security team to maintain the badge access control, if applicable
- Coordinate and assist employees on the events
(e.g. Meeting room booking, Room setup, Support anything related FM)

- Run and track Contract Workers Auithorization process with the Subregional EHS lead and Regional EHS managers following JLL and client EHS policies
- Take agile protective actions for the site safety when near miss cases and hazard cases were reported / found, cases must be reported to the system

- 日常、週次、月次等の現場検査を実施し、Safety Championとして他拠点サイトの職場安全衛生を維持 / 必要に応じて是正対応を実施する
- 請負業者安全手順承認をJLLとクライアントのポリシーに沿って走らせ、サブリージョンとリージョンのEHSマネージャーと連携すること
- ニアミス事例や危険事例が報告または発見された際に、サイトの安全第一のための迅速な保護及び予防措置を講じ、事例を速やかにシステムにて報告する
LCR and MAC (Move-Add-Change) Support
-Preparation of documentation and data related to equipment maintenance, and related support
-Operational support for layout changes on a request basis
-Obtaining quotes and sending purchase orders related to modification work, as well as coordinating work dates, etc.
-Submit the completion reports after the work to Client
-The succeeding fiscal year’s budget planning (every January in the previous FY).
