Description & Requirements
MANTECH is seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Field Service Representative – Maritime Targeting Cell to help support our current Marine Corps Systems Command Contract in Okinawa, Japan. The successful candidate will provide expertise in C4ISR information systems in support of the Distributed Common Ground/Surface System – Marine Corps (DCGS-MC) Family of Integrated Targeting and Exploitation (FITE) capabilities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide technical support in research and development, acquisition and sustainment of innovative tactical intelligence collection, processing, and dissemination solutions
Develop and execute training plans and programs in support of Fleet Marine Force, supporting establishment, and other DoD agencies and activities.
Impart technical and operational experience focused on the DCGS-MC/FITE family of capabilities.
Coordinate program meetings, maintain documentation in knowledge repositories, and provide ad-hoc administrative support, as required.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, as directed, to support DCGS- MC/FITE modernization initiatives, which may include advanced multi-domain information environment tools, technologies, and techniques that enable superior awareness of battlespaces.
Provide expertise and direction in the development or modification of complex system/subsystem functions and programs to enhance overall system capabilities. More specifically, support and advise DCGS-MC/FITE program efforts as they seek to achieve information advantage and the rapid weaponization of data to support enhancements of information exchanges, federation of track and sensor data for rapid analysis and exploitation, and the increase of accessibility of information across all domains.
Must have the ability to travel periodically.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and at least 3 years of experience in the development or maintenance of C4ISR software, systems, and/or related capabilities.
Ability to develop and implement training programs in a classroom environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Marine Corps experience or DoD garrison and tactical environments.
Knowledge of acquisition and sustainment processes, systems development lifecycle, and network/systems design and implementation.
Knowledge of electronic warfare systems and capabilities.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Window operating systems.
Prior military intelligence experience
Clearance Required: Must have a current/active Secret security clearance and be willing and able to obtain a Top Secret / SCI.
Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work.
